  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are considered only for defective products or items significantly different from the description. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Conditions: To be eligible, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of defect (e.g., photos or videos) is required.

  • Warranty: Our Super Clone watches come with a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects such as issues with the movement, dial, and hands. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, water exposure beyond rated limits, or normal wear and tear.

  • Return & Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
